Process Scale-Up Program (Minerals Processing)
We managed a program of for a mining company to complete the lab-scale development and test work for a new processing pathway. This included the test work for scale up to pilot and small production scale and engineering design ready for EPCM.
Full Potential Program (Mining)
Working with teams across a global miner we program-managed the development of a repeatable approach to analysing their operations for improvements based on an understanding the of “True Potential”. This program was rolled out globally and became fundamental to their improvement strategy and annual planning process.
Improvement Program (Water)
We managed a program of work across commercial, technical and operational teams in a major Australian utility. A repeatable approach for identifying and planning opportunities to address supply risks, reduce costs and improve service outcomes was developed. In addition to immediate value for the client, this program also delivered them a new improvement plan and optimised medium-term planning assumptions.
